CHARLIE'S COLORING PAGES
Charlie's Kids Crafts:

Children have creative imaginations, and when it comes to making crafts with wood, their potential is limitless! With just a few simple items, kids can make their own art come alive. Build a playhouse, a birdhouse, a crayon box, or bring the Piccaso out them with toothpicks and construction paper!
So many creative ideas you can do with some basic wood items around the house! As in the above projects, wooden spoons, popsicle sticks, and toothpicks, can be transformed into anything a child's mind can imagine. For other ideas, kids can create other wood related projects such as using clothespins (painted alligators), dead yard branches (build forts), and more! Getting creative with wood, can be hours of fun!
Toothpick Art:

With toothpicksglue, and construction paper, you have an idea that can last for hours! You could even print out one of our coloring pics below to give younger children a pattern to follow, then they can paint inside their toothpick creation! Paint the toothpicks prior to glueing them to paper for added color to their designs!
Unfinished Wood:

At your local craft store, you might find unfinished wood pieces - trains, cars, letters, even doll houses - for children to paint. Letting them pick the piece, then design it in any way they want, gives them not only a challenge, but an appreciation for their hard work! Not only fun, but also supports your local businesses!
Window Suncatcher:

Need: 4 popsicle sticks, colored plastic wrap, glue, 8 to 12 inches of yarn, a tack. Glue each of sticks together to create a square.   Tie end of yarn to one corner, leaving the rest for hanging. Cut out color plastic wrap to fit the square. Glue it to one side of square.  Take tack to the end of excess yarn, tack to window frame.
Popsicle Stick Art:

Popsicle sticks can be used to make virtually anything you can think of! With popsicle sticks and some glue, create a bird house, crayon box, a holder for  Mom or Dad's business cards. Make benches, chairs, beds, doll houses, bridges, sailboats, train tunnels or a cool racetrack for their favorite cars!
Wooden Boardgame:

Need: Sanded down wooden board - 2 feet by 2 feet in width, 1/2 inch thick. Paint. Small index cards or blank business cards. Thin black or dark colored permanent marker, and a pair of dice. Small tems for player pieces - thimble, square colored craft beads, or edible gumdrops!   Draw connecting squares in a row. creating a Start to Finish line. Paint the squares different colors, or leave blank. You can either make each color to represent a different action (red= move back 2 spaces, do a silly dance, or pick a card?), or you can  write in an instruction to do in each square with the thin marker. The index cards, or blank business cards, can be used as pick up cards that have different instructions on them. You may choose to shellac your board or use laminating sheets for your cards, to make your boardgame more durable and long lasting. Roll the dice to move your player pieces across the board. Base the theme on anything you'd like - your family, favorite pets or animals, candy, music, hobbies, past vacations, or any other memory or favorite topic you can think of!  Paint your family's last name on your board game, and you've created your own personalized board game!
Click on any of the images below then right click on the image you choose, and select 'print image'. You can create your own Charlie's Coloring Book!
Not only can Charlie's Custom Cabinets create elegant pieces for your home or office, but they can create items such as: board games, toy boxes, rocking horses, jewelry boxes, hope chests, children's Princess wardrobe closets, child and adult sized picnic tables, and more.
HEY KIDS! If you complete any project from this page, Charlie will be happy to post YOUR pics of your work, to our site! Your parents can send us an email with a pic of your work, along with your first name, so we can show it off to everyone!
